First, flip the controller facing back side up.

Unscrew the back end screws on the controller using a Philips #00 Screwdriver.

Gently take off the back side of the controller and set it aside to reveal the inner components of the controller.

Unscrew the components of the mother board using the Phillips screwdriver in order to access the button layouts.

Lift the plastic covers off of the buttons.

Next, simply remove the buttons from the device.

Adjust buttons as needed to accommodate button control.
