Place the keyboard on its base and identify the loose key.

Flip over the piano and take out the screws on the black strip with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Flip the keyboard back on its base and raise the top of the keyboard to see the loose key.

Pick up the loose key and place it aside.

Pull out the iron filament below the key as well. It may be helpful to use tweezers to get it out if it is stuck.

Once you have the iron filament in hand place it on the open slot in the keyboard.

Place the white key that you placed aside on top of it and press down until you feel it lock in place.

To reassemble your device, follow these directions in reverse and re insert all screws.
