If your Ozeino OW810 headset is not charging properly, not holding charge, or not working completely follow this guide to replace the headset's battery.
The battery sources the life of the entire headset and microphone. A faulty or dead battery can result in many problems as listed above.
Before using this guide, ensure that you have tried charging the headset for a reasonable amount of time and failed. Try with multiple charging cords and wall outlets to make sure the headset is the issue. Also, check the wiring around and to the battery to ensure all is well and connected.
Multiple steps in this guide require you to remove circuit boards and mess with wiring. Before beginning to ensure that your headset is turned off and completely unconnected from any external power source.

Insert a nylon spudger in the seam between the right ear pad and the driver housing.

Pry the right ear pad off.

Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the six 3.2 mm screws securing the right driver housing.

Lift the driver housing off, with care not to strain the connected cables.

Use a nylon spudger to gently pry out the battery.

Remove tape from the battery.

Pull the circuit board up along with the wiring from either side.

Replace battery.

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
For optimal performance, after completing this guide, calibrate your newly installed battery.
Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.

I recommend changing the difficulty to an easier setting. Additionally, it took a lot less time than 30 minutes. I recreated the steps in 8-10 minutes.
