This guide demonstrates how to replace the button board in your Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee and espresso maker.
If the buttons aren't functioning on your machine, follow this guide to replace the button board.
Before you begin, make sure to power off and unplug the device.

Locate panel on the bottom of the machine

Unscrew both screws with a T10 star head screwdriver

Remove the cover to expose the internals of the machine.

Push opening tool into the release tabs located on the bottom of the machine

Remove the cover

Push opening tool into release tabs located on the sides and top of the machine
-
Remove the cover to expose the pump and inner electrical parts
-
-
-
Locate main electrical board
-
Pull electrical board out of the way gently

-
Locate buttons
-
Remove button cover to expose button board
-
-
-
Use opening tool to push the two locking tabs inside the machine, releasing the button board

Remove the button board from the machine
-

Get new button board and fit it in place of the old one

Connect the wire from the energy box to the new button board
