Set the scooter down on its side or use the kickstand to keep it from falling while you work.
-
Locate the right sticker on the front tire and then start blowing hot air using a hair dryer to conserve the glue.
-
-
-
Use an opening tool to remove the light reflector sticker from the outside and inside of the axle.
-
Repeat for the inside of the axle.
-
-
-
Use a 3 mm hex key to remove the screws from both sides of the axle.
-
-
-
Remove the casing.
-
Use a 15 mm socket wrench to remove the bolt from underneath the casing.
-
Repeat on the opposite side of the axle.

Now, you’ll need your clamp to squeeze around the tire in order to take it off rims bead.
-
After, You’ll need two strong flat head screwdrivers to start removing the tire off the rim while the clamp is still on, as shown in the third photo.

-
Get your replacement tire which is a 9.5x2.50 vacuum tire.
-
You will now squeeze the tire all around while adding zip ties so it can stay in place like I did in the second photo.
-
-
-
You will now get soapy water and apply it all around the tire.
-
You’ll now press down on the rim using the tire so it can slip in to the rim, then after cut off the zip ties off the tire using scissors.
-
-
-
I used a 150 psi compressor because you’ll need a lot of pressure to pop the tire back on to the rims bead.
-
-
-
After turning on the compressor let it build pressure for a couple minutes to insure it has enough pressure built up to inflate the tire completely and on to the bead.
-

-
Here is the replacement tire completely inflated

-
-
Put the wheel back on the scooter using a fifteen-millimeter socket wrench and tighten the bolt on both sides.
-
-
-
Now, get you’re three-millimeter allen key to tighten the screw on the right side.
-
After, reapply the sticker you removed from the beginning of the guide.
-
-
-
Now, get your three-millimeter allen key to tighten the screw on the left side.
-
Finally, reapply the sticker from the beginning of the guide and you should be completed with fixing your scooter. Congratulations!
