If your Milwaukee (61030-33) device is not producing power or producing inconsistent power, use the following guide to repair the power-related issues. To follow this guide, you will need a TR20 and TR10 screwdriver.
The wiring provides power to all the components of the device. Faulty wiring can lead to power failure. Other parts that have wiring include the Safety Brush Springs and the Fan casing. After securing and inspecting the wiring system for damage, check the other listed guides for any potential faulty wiring, as these could also be contributing to the issue.

Hold the device with the cord facing upwards and the bottom side facing down.

Remove the 4 mm TR20 Torx screws from the exterior case.

Remove the two 4 mm TR20 Torx screws to detach the clamp from the cord set.

Remove the two 3.5 mm TR10 Torx screws to access the wiring.
