Did your device leak liquid? Do it seem to not seal as well as before? Replace the gasket to create a new seal and prevent leaking from your cup.

Separate the blending blade lid from the cup.

Using tweezers, grab the gasket at the indented lip which is located on the side of the blending blade.

Slowly pry the rubber gasket up.
I am so bummed out as the rubber gasket just came off and I have tried until I have pain in my hands holding the the tweezers and
the gasket and the part with the blades . I have only used my NutriBullet once and I am broken hearted. Any sugesstions? HELP

Yes you are correct…the so called experts are having a lend of you..my NutriBullet is not worth a pinch of $@$*…my wife is not Samson and can’t tighten the base as she is just a normal person…so it leaks every time she uses it…it’s useless and dangerous…

The trouble is, this process doesn't work in reverse order as the gasket keeps popping up where you are not applying the pressure. You could do this all day and I'm sure it would be great therapy for OCD.

My understanding is that if it's leaking all the way into the base and not out the sides, it's likely not the main gasket (a faulty one of these would probably cause it to leak out the sides). This is a really good video that explains how to remove the blade and replace the washers that act as gaskets to stop liquid from dripping straight through the center/blade area.

The gasket in the Nutribullet has disappeared and I think it was blended into the fruit and veg . I drank half of it before I discovered it. I cannot find out if it is toxic or not. Geraldine

Seriously you may have removed it + forgotten or you may not be seeing it, it blends into the unit.
The rubber gasket keeps popping out after each use. I have to replace it back in every time. Definitely a defect in design with no resolution.

I have the original magic bullet with the white gasket rings. One side has a small “cut” as if to fit in a grove- so that’s the side I’ve been trying to put in, but it keeps falling out. I’ve tried a knife to push it in and it won’t screw in tight enough to even blend. I’ve tried the smooth end and the end with cut- any ideas on how to get the gasket back in?
