Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the five screws on the base cover.

Insert a plastic opening tool between the base cover and the chassis.

Slide the tool along the perimeter of the case and push down as you go to release the base cover.

Lift the base cover up and off.

Use tweezers to grip the battery's motherboard plug, and pull the plug directly out of its port.

Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the four 5.2 mm screws securing the battery.

Lift the battery up and out of its housing.

Remove the four 5.2 mm screws from the fan using the Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Use tweezers to carefully unplug the fan ribbon cable.

-
Remove the eleven 5.2 mm screws from the motherboard using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

-
Use tweezers to carefully unplug the four motherboard ribbon cables.
-
-
-
Use tweezers to carefully unplug the black and red harness cables.
-

-
Carefully lift the motherboard up and out.
