Lay the laptop down with the lower case facing up.

Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove eight 3 mm screws that secure the lower case.

Lift the lower case up and off of the chassis.

Disconnect the battery connector.

Gently disconnect the antenna cables from the Wi-Fi card with a spudger.

Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the six M2 2.5 mm screws from the hinges of the laptop.

Remove the port module from the laptop's hinges.

Open the laptop with the screen hanging down from the table.

Tilt the laptop at a 180 degree angle.

Gently shimmy and lift the display assembly from the bottom of the laptop.

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
Take your e-waste to an R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.
