Use this guide to help fix your broken pottery using the Kintsugi technique. Kintsugi is a unique method of repairing ceramics by applying gold powder to adhere the broken pieces.

Before you begin, make sure to have all you material set out and a clear surface to work on. Make sure to be careful when using the epoxy because it can become sticky.

    • Clean the pottery with water and dry it with a towel.

    • Combine the resin and the hardener in a container creating the epoxy.

    • Add 3 drops of each (resin and hardener).

    • Use a craft stick to add the gold powder (Mica Powder) into the combination of resin and hardener.

    • Stir the combination (epoxy and Mica Powder) with a tooth pick.

    • Apply the combination (epoxy and Mica Powder) on one piece of the pottery.
