Before the repair, the speaker literally rattled like a bean in a pod— if I shook the headset I could feel it rattling. I preemptively repaired the other side too. Neither side rattles now at full volume, and the microphone works too.

Using an awl or drift punch, mark a central location above the back of the speaker.

Gently by hand using a small twist bit, cleanly penetrate the plastic case. Stop when metal is visible.

Optionally ream the mouth of the glue port.

work the adhesive into the glue port for example using a toothpick.

clean up any excess glue or epoxy.

Gorilla glue can foam, so I taped over the glue port temporarily while the glue dried overnight.
Can't I just send them somewhere to fix???
I've had success using Sugru"super glue" which is softer when it drys and doesnt reduce the max volume too much like epoxy
