If your HP 14-dq0060nr is unable to connect wirelessly to the internet, use this guide to replace your Wi-Fi Card.
The Wi-Fi Card is used to connect wirelessly to the internet. A faulty Wi-Fi Card may prevent the device from connecting.

Before beginning, make sure to power off your device completely and disconnect from any external power source.

Flip the laptop over so the backside is facing up.

Use a spudger to remove the grips from the back case to reveal screws underneath.

Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove six 6.0 mm screws and two 4.0 mm Phillips #1 screws.

Slide a plastic opening tool underneath the back case near the screen hinges. Gently pry up on either side.

Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the four, 3.00 mm screws.

Pull the battery cable away from the connector in the same direction that the individual wires are running.

Remove the battery from the laptop frame.

Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the one, 3.0 mm screw that secures the Wi-Fi card.

Slide a thin, ESD-safe pry tool or tweezers under the wire until it's snug against the connector, and pry straight up from the board to remove the coaxial Wi-Fi connector cables.

Slide the Wi-Fi card out from the socket.
