Unscrew two 14mm x 6mm screws on bottom of air fryer with Ph 02 screwdriver.

Once both screws are out, the cover piece can be removed.

Unscrew the two 14mm x 5 mm screws covering the wire.

Use a pair of scissors, cut off zip ties around wire.

Be sure to use electrical scissors, cut red and blue wires.

The faulty power chord can then be removed.
