This guide will show you how to remove and replace the screen from Google Pixel Slate.
A screen replacement is necessary if your screen display is cracked or damaged that can inhibit the view and touchscreen functionality of the device.
Before you start, make sure to completely turn off the power of the phone and disconnect all external power sources.
Please be aware that the replacement of the screen must be done with great care, as you can potentially damage other parts of the device.

Orient the Google Pixel Slate so that the screen is facing upwards.

Use the iFixit opening tool to separate screen from main body.

Use the suction cup to remove the screen from the body of the device.

Gently disconnect the three flat-wires from the screen.

Carefully separate and remove the screen from the body of the device.

The Manufacturer
The manufacturer won’t sell parts. They keep it to themselves, since they’d rather make money off doing the repair for you. Plus, they won’t trust you. Hope this helps with parts sourcing. I’d check eBay, just because you could potentially get a used one that would do the job.
Yep. The screen glued with adhesive strips. Hot air makes screen removing much easier.

Hi @brandondacrib, Unfortunately, we don't have any replacement screens in our store currently. However, you might try sourcing a used Pixel Slate on eBay for the parts. Just make sure to check with the seller to ensure that the screen is working before purchase.
The tool and suction does not work for me. The adhesive is too strong.

It’s so easy to crack the screen here. I recommend using heat to soften the bond and avoid cracking the screen. Ideally a heating pad ($$$), but a heat gun or hair dryer also does the trick. I’ve seen a temperature range of 80-90 C (matching specs from a heating pad). I heated a pizza stone to temperature to make a homemade heating pad. That worked to soften the adhesive here.

The adhesive is very strong, and they are not just at the edge. Some of them a little further inside, and be careful not to cut the speak grill.
