If your Cowin E7 Bluetooth wireless headphones can not hold a charge, are not charging, or have a significantly less battery life than before, you most likely need to replace the battery.
A battery is what gives the headphones power to properly function. After various uses and charging the battery wears down, decreasing battery life or causing the headphones to have no power. This requires for the battery to be replaced after a while.
It is important to note that the headphones must be off before replacement, and batteries can be a fire hazard so they must be properly disposed of.
