Sony ULT WEAR Repair

The ULT WEAR headphones are apart of Sony's ULT POWER SOUND series. The description given on the official page states they are 'designed for music lovers, offering powerful, deep sound with a focus on enhanced bass and a "front-row festival feeling" through features like the ULT button for bass boost and 360° party sound'. They are available in black, forest gray, and off white, with a starting price at $199.99. They can be identified by model number WH-ULT900N. Most reviews state the following:

These headphones come with a compact carrying case, one headphone cable, one USB Type-C cable (USB-A to USB-C). On the box they claim to have a max of 30 hours playtime through both Bluetooth and wired connection. Charging time is approximately 3.5 hours.

This model is the only over ear device included in the ULT POWER SOUND series, other devices are portable and tower speakers. With their release, most concerns are in regard to the structure of the headphone's hardware, such as the band connecting both cuffs and the cuff buttons.

The ULT WEAR do not have an internal EQ listed, compared to other Sony models, due to it's focus on bass-boosted sound.

The Sony ULT WEAR headset has a sleek all black design that can be hard to identify from a distance. The headband and ear cuffs have a pleather plush ear cup. All useable buttons appear on the left cuff. The Power, NC/AMB, and ULT buttons can be found on the back side of the ear cuff. The USB-C charging port and Auxiliary Headphone jack can be found on the bottom of the left cuff. The right cuff houses the touch sensor for controlling music. Both the Left and Right can also be identified with the L and R decals above each ear cuff. A QR code with the identification number can be found above the left ear cuff.
