Background
The Sony SS-CCP1 bookshelf speakers were made in Tokyo by Sony, originally manufactured in 1998. It includes two loudspeakers, one with a 12 cm diameter and a tweeter with a 2.5 cm diameter. Each is rated for 6 ohms of impedance. Originally manufactured for use with the Sony CMT-CP1 Stereo. There have been no reported recalls.
Identification
You can identify the Sony SS-CCP1 bookshelf speakers by the sticker on the back labeled 'Model: SS-CCP1.' These speakers feature a faux wood finish, and the front displays two black loudspeakers along with the Sony logo printed in black.
