Troubleshooting

Background
The BOSE SoundTouch 30 was released in September of 2015 as the 3rd model in BOSE’s SoundTouch series. The speaker is notable for having Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities, as well as being compatible with Amazon’s Alexa. Multiple SoundTouch speakers can also be easily linked together.
The SoundTouch 30 has not been outpaced by any newer model since its 2015 release.
Identification
The SoundTouch 30 comes in both a glossy black and white and takes an oval shape with two flat ends. It can be easily identified by a label near the bottom of the back plate, which also lists its model number.
