There are only a few possible variations of machine screw threads - so once you got them out if you have a local hardware, or small electronics store, near by you might be able to match them up. (I do not know of anyone who's done this and has a kit or list).

To satisfy my curiosity: why do you feel the need to change the head design?
Because I tried to open the bottom case and the head of the pentalobe screws can be damaged very easily
