@somalyiddy firmware, software, flashing and missing (forgotten) passwords are really not what we deal with on here. We are more of the hardware repair kind of group. For your "issue" I suggest you check those forums that deal with that.

To add to this answer, it appears you're trying to remove some sort of "loan software". The one sure way to remove it is to pay the outstanding balance.
iFixit does not care to be involved in bypassing security software so you can use your phone without paying what's owed on it, so again, you'll need to look elsewhere for answers.
@somalyiddy what are the issues with your phone? What software do you want to delete and why do you want to do that.?
