I was replacing the back glass on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and a piece to the right of the cameras came off with the glass. Is there a way to replace or fix this!? I am new to repairing and I’m freaking out. Please help.

Okay, after some digging I found the part you're talking about. If you take a look at the iPhone 13 Pro teardown Step 9 shows that part being removed.
I realize this is for a 13 Pro rather than the Pro Max, but a quick check shows a virtually identical part mistakenly being called the GPS Antenna being sold online. Here's one example of a vendor selling that part.
iPhone 13 Pro Max GPS Antenna Flex Cable Replacement – Repairs Universe
Technically it's the Ultra Wideband antenna, but if you want to search for it online you'll need to search for GPS antenna instead, as that's what everyone is calling it.
Sorry to say there isn't much in the way of guides to help you out with replacing that part, but I'm pretty sure at a minimum you'll need to remove the front camera assembly and the earpiece speaker.
