Just got an Xbox One S from a trade and the thing clearly came from a smoker's house as the console is clogged with brown all over. Got it taken apart and wiped down but the vent sections and tight spots are proving rough. What's a good way or brush to use for approaching these sections?

Try a static free brush and/or an air blower.

To add: you can also use a wet cloth (not too wet), It sure can help!
What's a good type of brush that will dig into the holes where the grime is caked in at? Blowers won't work and wiping only gets the surface parts.

To better show what I'm dealing with, here's the back side of the console after wiping it down with IPA. The grime is caked all over the console and inside the holes.
