Stuck in Restore loop, can anyone help please?

My iPad is stuck in a loop. While using it, the screen went blank and then started buffering. I turned it off and back on and a Recovery page appeared. “This iPad encountered an issue while starting etc…I pressed continue and the next page was Diagnostic Data Collection, I selected “Send Data to Apple” and was asked to Enter Passcode, which I did, and then connected to the Wi-Fi Network. The next page said “Recovery Underway”. The following page stated “No Known Issues Found” and to “Restart iPad”. I followed this instruction and restarted. The Apple logo appeared, it beeped a few times and then after a few seconds the Recovery page appeared. Back to square one! I have tried this several times with the same result.

I have also tried to Restore while connected to my iMac and also through iTunes from a tutorial found on YouTube. All have had the same result. Can anyone help please?
