Do you have hard water? Minerals in your water? This can build up to block water flow like humans with blocked arteries from calcium buildup (arteriosclerosis) over years from high cholesterol. If mineral deposits block water flow, you'll need to disassemble everything and determine blockage. If an electrical solenoid switches water flow, this may be an electrical issue; damaged/worn out solenoid valve.
