Mower will not start
Gas is coming out of the air breather with white smoke out of the exhaust. Hard to pull the cord for a couple of times then it rotates once.

Sounds like the carburetor float valve is stuck open most common due to old or dirt in gas
Drain gas tank and clean the tank
Clean the carburetor
Remove the sparke plug the crank the mower a few times to remove any gas on the piston
Dry and clean the sparke plug then reinstall
Clean the air filter
Change engine oil cause there will likely be gas in the oil due to flooding
