iPhone 15 Pro Max Unresponsive
I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max that has endured a fall.
The phone was in a case, and was dropped directly on one of its corners.
Neither the front or back glass appears to be damaged in any way, yet the screen will not turn on and it does not chime when it is plugged into power.
I have tried putting it into recovery mode while connected to my Mac, and it appears to successfully update, but never shows up in the sidebar and the device still does not appear responsive.
I currently do not have the tools necessary to open it myself to test the display cable connection, but I am hoping this is the issue and that this won't be a micro-soldering job.
I do not have Apple Care on the device, and A**le quoted me $850 to repair it.
Any suggestions? Anyone with a similar experience?
