Shoukat, Oppo makes a lot of phones, we really need to know which one you have in order to look up and give you accurate repair information.
If the display is showing a charging indication, it sounds like it's actually working. I'm guessing here you may have a battery or charging issue rather than a display problem. In the absence of specific phone information, all I can suggest is you try replacing the battery and charging port first and see if that resolves the problem.
