Loud noises from ice maker
LG French Door. I have a loud knocking noise that repeats for about 15 times before the large ice cubes in my lower freezer come out.

If the model has two ice makers which one has the problem?

Still looking for the exact service manual for your model but in the meantime go to p.22 in this service manual for an LFXC2426S series and check if there are any error codes shown.
The procedure is the same for various models in the LFXC24*** series so I'm hoping that it will be relevant for your model as well.
