That a better image than what I had found👍 I was looking for DA9081

So it's a Dialog DA9091 it looks like this chip might be the root issue as you can see in this dialog DA9091 on Raspberry Pi's site and here Renesas 9091 support. Here's a source for the chip DA9091 and it appears the chip can burn when subjected to the wrong voltage.

Still looking for the chip sheet and maybe a sample circuit.
