@user5136121 the metal piece that anchors the motherboard is torn off, you can see the solder pads where the piece should be

this happened to me as well😂if it's simply torn off then id say it's fine, you can either solder it back on or just cover the area with tape. The metal piece is likely there to just hold the motherboard in place and serve no actual function. Of course, I'm not certain whether it'll lead to more issues since I soldered mine back on, but for now if it works when you put everything back on and the phone doesn't restart every 3 minutes(which means it detected something missing), you're all fine.
