MacBook Pro key keys not working

Hi,

I have a 2011 Macbook Pro 15". My son has pull out some of the keys from the keyboard. Now it seems that the "U" button is not working at all. Will replacing the keyboard fix my problem?

I have taken my macbook to my local authorised apple repair centre and they've told me the the entire unibody needs to be replaced.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

You can either try a 3rd party key-remapper app. OR replace the topcase. It doesn't appear that the keyboard is a separate component on this model.
