Depending on age and gasoline used or using magic gas from store cans, you might have to remove and disassemble the carburetor from fuel fouling. This presumes compression is good and spark is correct. Gasoline with ethanol may result in moisture absorption, creating deposits clogging fuel passages in the carb. Miracle gas in a can from Home Depot, Lowe's, etc, may overwhelm engines with their concoctions that sometimes doesn't work and creates more problems than it solves.
