I recently purchased a replacement battery from you and was planning to have a local tech install who is no longer available. Can I send the phone and battery back to you for the replacement installation? And if so, can you provide the cost.

Andrew, this is the community repair forum, and as such isn't manned by the iFixit Store personnel.
A can tell you for sure that the answer is no, iFixit does not do repairs. They offer repair guides and sell parts, but don't offer any repair services at all.
You can check out their Businesses page for information on companies that could do that sort of work or check your local area for other repair shops; almost any reputable shop will be able to replace a battery for you.
