So I should post details but I'm not sure what details should I say, sorry I am very new to this, but it is a Honor 9A, I am trying to replace the screen, the owner put a air torch in the charge center trying to clean it and the screen bleed (It's also shatter), but I am making a mess trying to fix it, there are pieces of plastic between screws and I can't even enter the motherboard, pls help me...

Model number: MOA-LX9N

So I already try lifting the back cover with heat and guitar picks and success but barely and I cant ever proceed because there is plastic in the way, so Idk what should I do, besides theres no ifixit guide

@elias83076 next step you want to remove the back cover by releasing the ribbon cable from the back cover to the main board. That way you get a little bit more room and do not have to worry about tearing that cable. It looks like you may not have all the screws from the "plastic cover" removed. Remove some of the debris on the left lower corner of the main board. Also something seems of with the top right corner (yellow ellipse). Could be a model issue or something different but there should be another screw under there and it should be open on there as well. Anyhow, here is a proximation of where the screws are. not be there. Triple check that all the screws are out. After that you can remove the plastic cover and proceed with a better video. Something like this is what I would use.

Let's say I already manage to remove the top, but the bottom won't come off, I already remove the screws but feels like it's glued or something, literally does not open I can't send you more photos but yeah

@elias83076 you mean the bottom of the plastic cover for the main board? If all the screws are removed it really should just come out. Triple check for any other hidden screws. Any chance somebodybody may have used glue or similar?
