Yes, it is possible; actually the iPhone 14 plus is designed so the motherboard comes out from the back, not the front. The repair guide I found for it doesn't require removing the display for a logic board replacement, so you don't have to worry about damaging the screen at all.

The site is in Spanish but does have an English language option, but it's somewhat incomplete so it's best to use it with a browser like Chrome that will do translation. Otherwise their guides are complete and well written and will get you through the repair with no problem.
