Phone mic issue while on call

I changed my display and it has some mic issues. While on normal call people can hear my voice but on WhatsApp call sometimes people may not hear my voice. And the worst part is the WhatsApp, instagram, Bixby if I record anything it is not at all recording my voice its just a voice not with a flat line. And the best thing was the Bixby it was very helpful but its not detecting my voice at all now also my videos that i have taken in my camera have broken audio because of my mic. Tell me how to fix this issue.
