Why am I stuck in a boot loop

Why am I stuck in a boot loop

The laptop is in the boot menu when I press the processor it should boot with it doesn't

There's only one CPU in the laptop.

Can you get into BIOS OK on startup?

Have you got 2 Operating Systems installed in the laptop e.g. Windows and Linux in a dual boot arrangement?

If so are they on the same SSD (different partitions) or have you installed a 2nd SSD in the WWAN slot where one of the OS is installed?

Which OS is not booting?
