Two of the tiny washers located on the mounting posts of the trackpad disappeared when replacing the battery. How do I replace these washers?

I can't speak for these folks but that's about all I can suggest other than finding a authorized service center who is willing to help you MacBook Pro Retina 13" A1706 A1708 15" A1707 2016 2017, MacBook Air 13" Retina A1932 2018 2019 while the A1990 is not listed the washers should do the trick. These are used to adjust the Trackpad elevation to be just a bit lower than the uppercase lip.
