@bleshildaparkon to replace the LCD and since iFixit does not yet have any specific guides for that, use the guide from here It is written in Spanish, us a browser that will do the translation for you, if needed. Replacement LCD's are readily available at many online stores.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
