@muhammadra94899 you are not telling us what you have already tried and what you have already checked. You are also not telling us what OS you are using. I assume some Windows version.
First, you want to make sure that your onboard audio is enabled. Restart the computer and tap F2 to enter BIOS. Scroll to "Integrated Devices" or "Onboard Devices". Make sure that Sound or Audio is set to Enabled. The save and exit.
Next, check your Windows Audio settings. Click the speaker icon in the bottom-right corner and select the correct playback device (e.g., "Speakers/Headphones" or your monitor name. whichever device you are using to receive Audio). Next check to make sure the volume is turned up and that is not muted.
After that, you want to update your audio driver. Go to the Dell Drivers & Downloads page.Select your operating system (e.g., Windows 7/10).Download and install the Audio Driver (usually Analog Devices/ADI).
Of course, make sure that you have speakers connected and that those are working as well.

Is there any audio built in? if not its possible that you need speakers or a screen that has speakers built in before you get any sound.
