The 2020 model dropped the SATA port and even the Blade SSD! This series has soldered on Flash chips on the logic board on the base models and only on the high end give you access to more SSD storage via a custom flash (NAND) module. I haven seen this model personally, I suspect it's the same as the iMac Pro 27" 2020 iMac specs
Details:*As determined by a teardown by site sponsor OWC, the SSD in this model, by default, is soldered onboard and is not upgradeable. However, a subsequent OWC teardown was able to confirm earlier speculation that if this model is equipped with the 4 TB or 8 TB SSD option at the time of purchase (but not smaller SSDs), half of the storage is onboard and the other half is mounted on an expansion board.
Bottom line you can't upgrade or expand this systems storage internally.
