@ayelekefyalew if your battery is already showing signs of aging by no longer holding an appropriate charge, then anything you try will be a short lived fix. It will be best to replace the battery.
If your battery is still good then you want to go ahead and activate the Battery Saver mode (Go to settings and turn on "Battery Saver" to limit background activity), reduce the screen brightness, and close all background apps.
