The Golf Mk5 was introduced in Europe in the autumn of 2003, reaching the UK market in early 2004. In North America, Volkswagen brought back the Rabbit nameplate when it introduced the vehicle in 2006.

@nkonzomkhize you are a person of few words :-) Only problem with that is that we do nto know what year your Golf is nor do we know what th engine size is or what type of transmission it has. We also do not know what you have checked and what you have tried, nor do we know how you got the "Vehicle accelerator unstable" message. So, if you are seriously looking for some ideas about how to possibly fix this, you will need to give us more words.

@nkonzomkhize commonly the VW Golf EPC (Electronic Power Control) light with unstable acceleration indicates a fault in the drive-by-wire throttle system, often caused by a dirty/faulty throttle body, failing accelerator pedal sensors, Engine Speed Sensor Malfunction, Mass Air Flow Sensor Malfunction or even a bad Brake Light Switch. Your Golf could already be in limp but you are not saying :-) We also need to know what you have already checked.
