Left Ear Bud Not Connecting

My left tune bud will not connect while my right one will. It does not show the % on the JBL app, while it shows it on the case and right earbud. It lights up for a second sometimes when i open it in the case.

I have tried doing a factory reset (double tap) on the right earbud, but i noticed no changes to the left earbud. I have cleaned my left ear bud too.

How do i fix this?
