Is this a broken trace?

In my endless quest to replace analog sticks I can't seem to catch a break now what it looks like to be a broken trace.....again

Hi!

To answer this: yes, it is broken at one point.

Does the stick work anyway?

Please let me know if you need a guide to fix the trace. You can also replace the board, but this will be more expensive..

Alright, here is the guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kS1uVBIh...

It's not easy, but at least it is doable. I think it will work as the trace is not fully damaged.
