Are the traces broken?

Hi, so my Dualshock 3 my sticks started drifting so I replaced them and that didn't work. So I noticed that there are pads to the main board so cleaned them and I also notice a small foam piece under the pads I've researched that it degrades over time and loosens the adhesive could that be the cause for the drift?

Hi!

You can find some more info here: https://youtu.be/kS1uVBIhBDw?is=jXzEadwc...

Trace repairing isn’t easy. You need soldering experience and the right tools to get this done.

You can use medium size wires. Not too small and not too big.

Please let us know how it goes!

Whats considered medium size? I have a 30 awg laminated wire

That should do. 28 awh or 30awg should do the job!
