The left side stopped working.

When I plug it in to charge, the left earbud doesn't charge; sometimes it shows that it's charging, but then it stops. When I plug it in to charge, the left earbud doesn't charge; sometimes it shows that it's charging, but then it stops. When I put it in the case, the charging signal appears on the case, as if it's detecting something, but it doesn't charge.
