Glyphs are not responding

What should I do? I have the "Glyphs and music visualization" feature enabled in the settings, but for some reason, when I play music, the glyphs don't work. Although they do work if I just turn on the flashlight or check through the glyph settings (where it says "pressure", like "glyphs are included"). I check it, and it works there. But when I simply turn on glyphs with music visualization and play music or a video, it doesn't react at all. What should I do, any suggestions?
