@salindaprabath if your vibration isn't working, a quick way to narrow things down is to test your phone in Safe Mode. This temporarily disables all your downloaded apps, which helps you figure out if this is cause by a software error or if the hardware has failed.
To get there, start by turning your phone off. Once it's fully powered down, power off the phone, then turn it on while holding the Volume Down button until "Safe mode" appears in the lower-left corner.
Now, give your vibration a test in your settings. If it starts buzzing again, you know the issue is caused by a third-party app. You would need to remove the apps to get your vibrator working again.
If it’s still not working in Safe Mode, it’s a pretty good indication that the vibration motor has failed or somehow got disconnected. To replace it, use this guide since iFixit does not yet have one. It is written in Spanish so use a browser that does the translating for you.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same issues with their phone. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
