My Bluetooth does not work?

2015 Ford Escape.

When I press the phone button, which is normally where you go to connect your phone to the Bluetooth in the car, nothing will come up as if the button is broken, but I’ve gotten it working once and then it never worked again so I know it is not. I have tried multiple different things yet nothing is working.

Please help!!!!!
